Taken from the alley along side this bar. In California there is a law where no alcohol can be sold past 2AM. It was nearing the 4th hour of the day and they were still open. Thus, the title.

Actually, I'm almost always out somewhere at those hours. I came across this photo opportunity because I was out on a walk by myself. However, taking late/early walks is something I rarely do now days.
